Food Show: Only two chefs will be selected to compete in the competition. However, additional chefs will be needed to participate in the food show portion of the event. Chefs will be required to prepare and present one (1) amuse bouche, hors d’oeuvre, appetizer, small entrée or dessert for up to 500 people during the Culinary Combat food show. Guests of the event will vote to determine their favorite tasting experience and the winning chef will be featured in the Culinary Combat television show to be aired on Cox Cable.
